When In Manchester is a brand new music festival, taking place on Saturday the 16th of April, with 15 of the UK’s finest up and coming bands performing in the heart of the Northern Quarter, at The Castle Hotel and Gullivers. Local groups, Cupids and No Hot Ashes will be headlining.
