The Big Weekend is taking place at venues across Manchester and the Manchester Pride festival starts with Anastacia headlining the main stage tonight and Pixie Lott, headlining tomorrow. In addition to the music and club nights, there’s also the Pride Fringe that has been underway since the start of August and has combined arts and cultural events celebrating the LGBT community. The carnival promises a fantastic atmosphere, which will fill the streets of Manchester from 1pm on Saturday.
