Two Days, One Night at the Cornerhouse

Two Days, One Night tells the story of a woman, who together with her husband tries to convince her colleagues to renounce their annual bonuses in order for her to keep her job. It’s a French-language film directed by Belgian filmmaking duo, the Dardenne brothers, starring Marion Cotillard and Fabrizio Rongione. It was selected to compete for the Palme d’Or in the main competition section at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival and won the Sydney Film Prize at the 2014 Sydney Film Festival.
