Not Quite Light Festival 2019

There are around thirty different events at this year’s Not Quite Light Festival, which features art, music, debate and architecture, exploring the city in a fast changing world. The festival which celebrates Salford at dawn and dusk is returning to mark the start of Spring, taking place between March 28th and 31st. More information is available here…
