Running from now until the 26th of April, Casa Tomada features a swarm of giant ants invading The Lowry’s gallery walls, in this extraordinary installation by Colombian artist Rafael Gómezbarros. Exploring ideas of displacement and immigration, these ants are assembled from two human skull casts invoking thoughts of life and death.
