The Drop at AMC Manchester

The Drop is a thriller starring Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace and James Gandolfini. It’s based on a short story by Dennis Lehane, whose crime fiction has been turned into some very successful movies, including Mystic River and Shutter Island. Set in the underworld of Brooklyn bars, the plot focuses on a robbery gone wrong and the follow-up investigation that digs deep into the neighborhood’s past.
 
The film is currently certified 88% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. On IMDb it has a user rating of 7.7/10 and a Metascore of 68/100.
