Comedy at the Lowry

Situated on the waterside at the heart of Salford Quays, The Lowry is a stunning, award winning theatre and gallery complex. The Lowry showcases a huge variety of performances and is currently the best comedy venue in Greater Manchester.
 
The Lyric Theatre seats over 1700 people and the big name, mainstream comedians playing there over the next couple of months include Al Murray, Dave Gorman and Dawn French.
 
The Quays Theatre has a capacity of around 400 and this November will be hosting multi award-winning nonsense-maker Tony Law, German comedy ambassador Henning Wehn and winner of the 2013 Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award, Bridget Christie among others.
 
While the Studio is a more intimate space and will see stand-up performances from comedians such as Andy Zaltzman, Carl Hutchinson and Lloyd Langford.
