Dead Kennedys at Manchester Academy

Performing tonight at the Manchester Academy are the Dead Kennedys, one of the most popular and important American hardcore punk bands of the late 1970’s / early 1980’s. Their debut album from 1980 “Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables” ( Cherry Red ) was awarded a Gold Record in the UK and featured classic singles “California Uber Alles”, “Holiday in Cambodia” & “Kill the Poor”.
